Kameela Osman, MSW, RSW, C-Hyp, EMDR-C, PMH-C
With a focus on supporting individuals and couples, Kameela provides both in-person and virtual therapy options. Her approach is rooted in creating a warm, culturally sensitive, open environment where clients can feel empowered to work through anxiety, relationship challenges, perinatal issues, trauma, and life transitions. Kameela is dedicated to helping clients achieve positive change and personal growth.

Alana Sookoor, MSW, RSW
Alana offers virtual and telephone therapy for adults and youth, emphasizing a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. She holds expertise in supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, self exploration, and life transitions. Alana’s compassionate and culturally sensitive approach fosters a safe environment for clients to feel heard and validated as they work toward their goals.

Kameela is a registered social worker and a psychotherapist. She has been supporting mental, emotional and relational wellness for over 18 years. She has training in various modalities of therapy including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural therapy), ACT (Accpetance Commitment therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behaviour therapy), Hypnotherapy, Sex Therapy, EMDR and more. Alana is a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW). She also holds a diploma in Child and Youth Work and is a certified Potty Training Consultant. Her background in child development and behaviour enhances her ability to support parents with practical, developmentally informed strategies while keeping the focus on caregiver guidance and family systems.

Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive principles, which guide her in creating a therapeutic environment built on trust, dignity, and mutual respect. Alana’s warmth and compassion make her a natural collaborator with clients, allowing for an open, non-judgmental space where individuals feel safe and truly heard.

Using a strengths-based, culturally responsive approach, Alana integrates evidence-based modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centred Therapy, and Mindfulness.
