Cathy is a Registered Psychotherapist who is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. She believes that every person has a unique story, and that therapy should be tailored to each individual’s experiences, strengths, and goals.

Working from a trauma-informed and integrative approach, Cathy supports clients in developing greater self-awareness, exploring patterns that may be contributing to current challenges, and building practical strategies for lasting change. She incorporates somatic awareness and psychodynamic perspectives to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and life experiences.

Cathy works with adolescents (15+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation challenges, stress, and relationship difficulties.

She earned her Master of Arts in Spirituality and Counselling from Saint Paul University and is committed to providing thoughtful, client-centred care that meets each person where they are.
